okay i finally went for the typhiods jab.
had to go for it cause our job has things to do with food&beverages.HAHA. so met joycelyn at 8.30am this morning then we went to the polyclinic for the injection. and now my arm is really numb and pianful! and my brother can still purposely hit it like so many times! ANNOYING PERSON. HAHA. didnt train today but just went down to watch/ help out. don't think i'll be able to go for training tmr. my arm really hurts): |
